Resort Policy

  • Check-In time is 01 pm and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
  • If our Check-in/out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Please carry a valid Government ID Proof of ALL persons is Compulsory. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. This needs to be cleared separately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 15days or more before check in date will be free.
  • Cancellations made 2 to 15 days in advance will incur 1 night charge as retention.
  • Cancellation made within 48 hours of check in or No show will incur 100% charge.
  • In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 10% as payment processing charges.

Amendment Policy

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

Other Policies

  • Room Number allotment request is subject to availability. We may upgrade the room category without any prior notice. If customer has booked multiple rooms, it is possible that out of the total rooms booked, few may be upgraded but not all.
  • Running hot water is available in Bathroom from 6 to 10 am. Rest of the times hot water is made available on request.
  • Driver accommodation and Meals is complementary.
  • We have Safety Deposit Box at Reception. Guests are responsible to take care of their valuable belongings.
